If you want to have a good overview of your existing contracts, P.Schmidt Consultancy Services with the contract management service offers you the possibility to make an inventory of your contracts and include them in the Marketdojo’s Cloud based contract management solution.

This means that you have an immediate and clear overview and understanding of your contracts.

You can select your contracts by size and expiration date, so you can plan your actions for a renewal well ahead.

In addition, the stakeholders within your organization are also kept informed of the status of the contract and remain involved during the contract lifecycle.

Costs

Inventory and reporting: €1,750 excluding VAT (max. 25 contracts).

Cloud service costs: First 10 contracts free of charge, then 1000 Euros exclusive of V.A.T. per year for a maximum of 100 contracts, regardless of the storage capacity and the number of users.

When it becomes apparent from the first analysis, that savings can be made and that these are desired, a 75/25 (client/pscsbv.nl) distribution fee will apply. Savings also include undetected billing errors or services that simply continue as a result of incorrect supplier behavior.
